We believe that getting your hair done shouldn’t be a chore. It should be a relaxing experience, where you leave the salon both looking and feeling good. As a family business with more than 30 years experience, this mother and daughter duo understand how important it is to provide each client with a premium salon experience.

The Salon

When you visit Style & Beauty Within you are our guest. It is our job to make sure you leave the salon with a style that suits you.

We are attuned to our clients needs. We know the difference between a client who wants a good chat while enjoying a scone and tea or coffee, and a client who comes in the salon for some quiet, relaxing time reading magazines and sipping a nice cup of tea.

What We’re About

Keeping up with the latest styles is important to us but are not slaves to fashion and won’t push a style onto you. If you’re after a new look, our experienced stylists masterfully adapt current styles to suit your personal style, hair type, face space and lifestyle.

It’s only by getting to know our clients that we can create blend colour, cut and style to create a look and the salon experience where you leave feeling great. That’s what Style & Beauty Within is about and that’s why our clients keep coming back.

Meet The Team

Belinda Morgan – Senior Stylist

Founder and owner of Style and Beauty Within, Belinda has over 30 years experience in the hair and beauty industry. She started her apprenticeship in 1983 and opened her first salon three years later.

Style and Beauty Within was first established in 2007 in the suburb of Bruce. In 2013 Belinda made the move to Braddon, bringing many of her happy clients with her.

Despite her wealth of experience Belinda never misses the opportunity to attend regular training seminars to ensure that she is always up to date with the latest trends. Belinda is a very creative person who is passionate about hairdressing and loves learning new techniques. Her favourite part of the job is talking to clients, being creative and making people feel good about themselves.

Rachael Morgan – Senior Stylist

Rachael began her career as a hairdresser at the age of 13. In the first year of her apprenticeship she was invited to work at fashion week, and since then, she has attended and successfully completed the American Crew Clipper Course, the American Crew Cutting Clinic and the Matrix Academy Programs Lighten Up, The Art of Styling, C.R.A.F.T. Cut, and Style by Design.

In 2011 Rachael attended the Matrix World Tour in Bali, and in November 2014 she was invited to style the contestants’ hair for The Face Australia. She has also successfully completed a Certificate of Achievement in Fashion, Glamour and Bridal Makeup Artistry at the Napoleon Perdis Makeup Academy.

Rachael loves fashion and creating beautiful hairstyles for her clients. Her specialty is hair colouring, and she also has a passion for men’s haircuts.
